To begin the chakra clearing meditation, find a comfortable and quiet space where you can relax uninterrupted.
- Sit or lie in a position that allows your body to relax fully.
- Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
- Visualize a beam of white light entering through the top of your head and flowing down through your body.
- Focus your attention on your Root Chakra, located at the base of your spine. Imagine the light pulsating and clearing any blockages in this area. Feel a sense of stability and grounding.
- Move your attention to the Sacral Chakra, just below your belly button. Picture the light expanding and cleansing any stagnant energy, allowing creativity and sensuality to flow freely.
- Continue this process, shifting your focus to each chakra one by one. Feel the light clearing any imbalances and restoring harmony.
- When you reach the Crown Chakra, at the top of your head, visualize the light expanding beyond your physical body, connecting you to the universal energy.
- Stay in this state for a few deep breaths, basking in the energy and balance you have cultivated.
- When you are ready, slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings, gently open your eyes, and stretch your body.
