The Heart Chakra, also known as Anahata in Sanskrit, is the fourth primary energy center in the human body,
located in the center of the chest. It is associated with the color green and governs the emotional aspects
of love, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness. The Heart Chakra acts as a bridge between the lower and upper
chakras, integrating physical and spiritual energies.
To find the Heart Chakra, place your hand on your chest over the sternum. This area is where the Heart
Chakra is believed to reside. It lies between the lower three chakras, which are associated with the
material aspects of life, and the upper three chakras, which are associated with higher consciousness.
When the Heart Chakra is balanced and open, it promotes feelings of love, compassion, and connection
towards oneself and others. An imbalanced Heart Chakra can manifest as difficulties in forming healthy
relationships, lack of self-love, or an inability to forgive or let go of past hurts.
I have heard of Heart Chakra, but don’t know where to find it!
